Who we are

Patient safety, personal attention and carefully coordinated arrangements have remained at the heart of what we do. We don’t encourage unnecessary procedures, and we would rather tell you a treatment isn’t right for you than take a booking.
What we actually do
Our role is to coordinate everything around your medical care — your enquiry, appointments, airport transfers, transport and accommodation.
Your medical assessment, treatment decisions and clinical care remain with the qualified doctors, clinics and hospitals responsible for you. That separation is deliberate, and we’re clear about it at every stage.

You get in touch
We gather what the medical team needs — photographs, medical history, previous treatment. No commitment.

A doctor assesses you
The surgeon or specialist reviews your case and recommends a plan, or tells you if you’re not a candidate.

You travel and are treated
Private transfer from İzmir airport. Treatment at the hospital, by the team responsible for your care.

You recover, then go home
Follow-up appointments coordinated around your stay at Mandarin Grove, then support once you’re back.
Mandarin Grove
Mandarin Grove is our own private retreat in the peaceful surroundings of Urla, İzmir — away from busy city centres and conventional hotels.
It gives you somewhere comfortable and private to stay between appointments: spacious rooms, gardens, fresh Aegean air, freshly prepared Mediterranean food, and private transport to and from your clinic whenever an appointment is scheduled.
Mandarin Grove is an accommodation and hospitality retreat, not a hospital or clinic. Its staff do not monitor your recovery, administer medication, perform wound care or provide post-operative treatment. All medical examinations, clinical follow-up and treatment decisions remain with the qualified healthcare professionals overseeing your care.
